But the poles are not this but Pioneers and Settlers.
Pioneers - apostles, prophets and evangelists
Settlers - pastors and teachers

Like this idea of settlers & pioneers!
Dont you find sometimes in God work things seems to be moving very fast and then other times very slow and these slow times can be very frustating.
Again you can have the times of when streams are flowing and then other times the river seems to have run dry.
In either time we have to accept God is God and aim to dance in time to his beat!
